Does it work on every phone?
Most phones made in the last few years can read an NFC card by touch. Every phone with a camera can scan the QR code, so nobody is left out.
Can I choose who is asked, or hide bad reviews?
No, and we would not want to. Every star opens the same Google page, customers choose their own rating, and we never filter or reward reviews. Google does not allow it.
